And the truth shall set you free....

Well, Nintendo displayed thier Revolutionary controller, and after a night to think about what is possible with this new device, and after an inital "angry" moment, I have come to realize just how great this controller is. Now, with that said I will have to actually use it to fully understand it, but the sheer number of things, and NEW genres that are now a reality, boggles the mind.

Hats off to Nintendo for taking a bold step to make videogames fun, and different again. I got the same feeling after watching the teaser video of the controller, as I did when I first witnessed Super Mario64. That feeling doesn't come around often, and should be embraced when it does.

Not often does the leader in an industry completly change said industry, and take such a massive risk, just for it's customers.

I for one cannot wait for the first time I face gannon, and have an actuall sword fight with the man himself. I cannot wait for the first time I play a FPS with this controller, and pump the shotgun myself. Thinking of playing a new Resident Evil, in wich it's pitch black, and I use a flashlight to peer around corners makes my blood chill.

There are many, many more applications for such new, and wonderous technology it would take me 10pages to even begin to express my excitment. The part that interests me the most, is the fact that this controll set-up is PERFECT for a future VR application. It's going to come, and I hope that it's Nintendo leading the way, becuase it seems that they are the only company left, willing to take such a leap of faith into the unknown.

I will continue my blog, becuase new things will always be coming from Nintendo. I will also start posting reviews of games that I play.

On this very special post, I would also like to tell all those other bloggers, mainly Seriousgamer007, and KingDEA, that becuase of your own stupidity, your blogs are finished. No one cares anymore about your lies.

Oh, and KingDEA, This kind of makes your little "tiff" with me all the more laughable doesn't it?

I hate to say it, but "I TOLD YOU SO."

AMN credibility at all-time low.

In an attemp to draw more traffic to thier collection of websites,( gcadvanced.com dsadvanced.com e.t.c.) Ray, of Gamecube-advanced(Editor in chief-news) boasted of a large announcement on September 13th, 2005. In his own words;

"Haha - this date will be stamped on gamers' minds FOREVER.I'll have more for each of you soon. It's YOUR JOB to spread the word about this date. If you don't you'll be sorry when the news hits."

Well, it would seem that he is correct, just not in the way he thought. September 13th is now going to live in the minds of gamers, as the day that he, and AMN, failed. Harsh words, but after so many disappointments, and out-right lies concerning Nintendo's up-coming "Revolution", one would think that a gaming site, with everything to lose would do thier homework.

As always, wait for OFFICIAL word from Nintendo. Anything else is either a lie, or a half-baked idea gone wrong.

I would suggest www.nintendo.com seeing as how even larger media groups can't seem to get things right.

Here, is the retraction posted in the forums; http://forums.advancedmn.com/showthread.php?t=11679

Sorry for the Hiatus.

I'm back, and with some claims of coming Revolution news. As you know, my previous post suggested that news would be coming within ten days, and we all know how that turned out.

Well, now it's http://gc.advancedmn.com/ making claims that on September 13th, some BIG Revolution news will be forthcoming. As many of you know, that is Mario's 20th birthday.

I hope for AMN sake that they have something, becuase the roasting will commence shortly thereafter if they do not....

New Revolution information coming.

No, it's not someone with a blog reporting it. Matt, from IGN.COM has told Nintendo fans, that Nintendo will release some information on the Revolution in the days following the games conference in Germany.

What will be shown, is still unknown at this time.

The Games conference starts today, so expect something within 10days.

Seriousgamer007: Reality Blog.

Now that Seriousgamer has run out of things to print on his blog(Imagination well ran dry apparently.) he has now resorted to telling the world how he's trying to get a job at Nintendo. Serious has always been, well, a little strange, but this new attempt at make-believe is seriously going over-board.

In one of his "last" post's, he had a link to a little movie(Slide-show, with horrific editing) with no apparent point, save for a small clip of a visor.

I think it's safe to say that not only is seriousgamer007 a FAKE, his attention getting blog is slowly becoming a black-eye to every legit blogger out there.

Now I understand that some of you love this guy's blog, and visit his site daily becuase of the lack of any REAL news regardless of wether or not it's fake, but all he is doing is raising expectation levels to something that Nintendo can never meet. The hype he has created, is more for himself, and his blog, then Nintendo, but alot of people will be disapointed if they take his word as gospel.

Seriousgamer007, farewell.

Seriousgamer, your on the clock.

Yes, it has come to this. Everyone by now, knows who seriousgamer007 is, and the kind of games that he plays(I have my personal thoughts on him, but I'll try and not let it mar this post) with his readers.

Much like in Aesop's famous "The boy who cried wolf", seriousgamer has made cries of "Revolution!", and everytime he does, people run to his blog, only to be told; "I'm sorry, your Revolution is in another castle. Come back on Thursday to get the REAL news"

After a supposed "legal threat" scare, he has come back, in full force, claiming all sorts of fancifull things that have Nintendo fans, foaming at the mouth. Now, after having lured people back to his site with claims of A Nintendo machine as powerfull as both the PS3/360 combined, he is telling everyone that visit's his site, that this weekend;

"Another Piece of the Puzzle will be Revealed. I will give you something that is Incomprehensible."~Seriousgamer007

I say great. After countless delays, fake pictures, poems of Nintendo glory, and (supposed) legal trouble, your finally going to reveal "something that is Incomprehensible". That means, your on the clock seriousgamer. If nothing new is produced this weekend, your finished. No more "phone calls", no more "legal trouble, no more EXCUSES. It's time to put up, or shut up, becuase I'll tell you this;

We Nintendo fans can sure as hell comprehend Bullshit.
